Marianne Dark

Marianne’s first degree is a BA (Honours) in English and History from the University of Leeds, UK. She completed her PGCE at Trinity and All Saints College in Leeds and her CELTA at the College of Bath, UK. Marianne recently obtained a Master of Arts in Teaching English to Young Learners from the University of York, United Kingdom.

Marianne has been an educator for over twenty years, having worked in the UK, Italy and Malaysia. She has taught English to both native and non-native speakers of all ages in a variety of contexts, including secondary schools, corporate settings and private institutions.

Currently the Head Teacher of Lorna Whiston, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur, Marianne is also involved in delivering teacher training to both local and foreign teachers.
